Project is developed by the Musical Lyceum "C. Porumbescu" in partnership with the National Philharmonic "S. Lunchevici", School of Music "S. Rachmaninoff", AMTAP under the patronage of the Embassy of Poland and "ZEN-CLUB". The purpose of the contest - promotion of creations of Polish composers.

The competition is open to students of music institutions (schools, high schools, colleges) aged 6-20 years in two age categories:

I category - 6-12 years
II catgorie 13-20 years
